Join us for “An Evening with This Old House” Glen Ridge Edition!

The Glen Ridge Historical Society is pleased to present a panel discussion and film on the popular PBS program “This Old House” and the televised series that chronicled the renovation and transformation of a classic Glen Ridge Victorian home on Snowden Place.

What: An Evening with This Old House

Where: Glen Ridge Congregational Church, Robeson Hall, Glen Ridge, NJ

Entry: Free to GRHS members in good standing; $10/person for non-members

Courtesy of the home’s owners, we will hear about their plans, in conjunction with the Project Architect, the General Contractor, and the Senior Producer for This Old House as the project sponsor.  This will be a fun chance to hear about the owners’ plans, designing a home for the 21st century, preservation issues and renovation surprises, and how This Old House films and puts its show together for television. Film and photos for the project will be aired, providing a fascinating overview of the project from start to completion.

Light refreshments will follow the presentation.
